Please plan accordingly by entering a shipping address and date that will allow someone 21 years or older to be available in person to sign for the package, and by keeping a valid form of ID on hand.
Carriers will not leave packages containing alcohol unattended, even if you have a signature on file. If you are not able to be at home to receive your mezcal during normal business hours, we recommend having it shipped to your place of work, or opting to have your shipment held at the nearest FedEx or UPS pick-up location.
Dewey Crush will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person.
Please note that we are not responsible for any errors in the order or the address provided which result in our shipping company not being able to deliver the order.
Orders cannot be shipped to an APO/FPO/ DPO or PO Box because all alcohol orders require an adult signature.
We currently ship to the majority of zip codes in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MO, ND, NE, NH, NC, NJ, NM, NY, NV, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, WA, and WI.
Alcohol and spirits-based products do not go through normal small package shipping channels. Consequently, shipping times are normally extended as compared to non-spirits-based products.
We normally ship in 1-3 business days. Approximate transit times following ship dates are as follows:
- Northeast: 3-5 business days
- Midwest: 4-6 business days
- Southeast: 5-8 business days
- West: 6-10 business days

We currently ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
We typically process and ship merchandise orders within 5-7 business days of when you place your order. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). Shipping options show approximate transit times after the order is processed, and does not include the ground shipping days which can be an additional 1-5 business days required to process orders.
