We currently ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. Please note that we are not responsible for any errors in the order or the address provided which result in our shipping company not being able to deliver the order.
SHIPPING METHODS, TIMES, & TRACKING
We typically process and ship merchandise orders within 5-7 business days of when you place your order. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). Shipping options show approximate transit times after the order is processed, and does not include the ground shipping days which can be an additional 1-5 business days required to process orders.
CANCELLING OR MODIFYING YOUR ORDER
We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we cannot guarantee cancellation requests or modifications will be processed prior to order shipping. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact email@example.com within 1 hour of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
